Quantity Surveyor/Civil Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:
= To establish quantity take off for all civil & building works as per approved
drawings and methods of evaluation and measurements. – Microsoft Excel
(Calculations sheets)
= To prepare and submits items and corresponding quantities to input in the system by Planning Department. – Microsoft Excel
= To update BOQ in order to incorporate in the system. – Microsoft Excel Preparations & monitoring of daily concrete report. – Microsoft Excel (Efficient
in Pivot Table program)
= Checking and commenting of weekly progress to be submitted to Planning Department. – PROM/COPR – Microsoft Excel (Efficient in Look up
Command program)
= Updating drawings and all related documents. – Microsoft Excel & Word
= Supervision and monitoring of daily works activities at site.
= Checking and monitoring safety procedures at site.
= Coordinate with the Consortium Civil Department for Concrete Feasibility Reports
by weeks.
= Perform other related functions as assigned by the Discipline Superintendent.
